Open Space Technology is a powerful meeting process used to help organizations and commuities self-organize around important strategic questions that are complex, urgent and requiring deep attention.

為全球各地所廣泛運用的開放空間，是一個不尋常的會議方法，讓會議產出令人驚訝、有創造力以及永續性的結果。釋放系統裡的領導力，讓組織成為具包容力的大容器，所有的策略對話都可以在其中找到空間，讓開放空間會議順暢地導向持續投入且聚焦的行動。

Innovation is often hampered by control and structures that inhibit rapid and creative responses at the place where implementation and change happen.  OST triggers individual enthusiasm and responsibility.  It draws upon people’s inherent creativity to develop real and practical approaches that maximize.
